This pendant in 18k gold has a 1.18ct pear shaped Rainbow Moonstone at the top, .12ct VS diamonds in a channel and a drop shaped white South Sea pearl at the bottom measuring 13.1 mm wide. The pendant comes on an 18k Italian made snake chain that's 18" long. 
The design was inspired by architectural finials but also resembles a perfume bottle. 
The finish is my signiture raised fine gold finish, which yields an enhanced gold color similar to 20k gold.
